Quick-Start Administrator Guide

Lexacom Admin can be accessed from any PC running Lexacom by using the Administrator username and password. The functions of Lexacom Admin include:

  • Creating New Users
  • Password Resets and General User Administration
  • Configuring system defaults, including Priorities, Letter Types and Recipients
  • Configuring Lexacom Mobile
  • Configuring Lexacom Scribe

Upon logging in to Lexacom Admin the Administrator Toolbar will appear at the top of the screen.

Within the Lexacom Admin button Administrators can add users, adjust system defaults including clinical system settings and amend other system-wide configurable settings within Lexacom.

Typing Pool Counters


These show the number of live dictations currently awaiting action by the Lexacom Type users.
The counters and colours can be customised in Settings to reflect your site priorities.
