Lexacom 3 Admin can be accessed from any PC running Lexacom 3 by using the Administrator username and password. The functions of Lexacom 3 Admin include:

• Creating New Users
• Password Resets and General User Administration
• Configuring system defaults, including Priorities, Letter Types and Recipients
• Configuring Lexacom 3 Mobile
• Configuring Lexacom Scribe

Upon logging in to Lexacom 3 Admin the Administrator Toolbar will appear at the top of the screen.

From the menu within the Lexacom 3 Admin button Administrators can add users, adjust system defaults including clinical system settings and amend other system-wide configurable settings within Lexacom 3.

Typing Pool Counters

These show the number of live dictations currently awaiting action by the Lexacom 3 Type users.
The counters and colours can be customised in Settings to reflect your site priorities.
