Your Lexacom account will have a password; you create this when you confirm your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgotten Password link to reset your password.
Click the Forgotten Password link within the Login box
Enter your email address
Click Submit
This will send you an automated email.
Follow the link provided in the password reset email. If you have requested an email but the automated email has not been received, check your Junk or Spam Mail folders.
In the window, enter your new password
Confirm your new password
Click Submit
Passwords for Lexacom accounts must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 8 Characters
Not contain the name of current (or past) Lexacom products (e.g. “Lexacom”, “Echo”, “talk”, “admin”)
Not appear on the list of common passwords (e.g. “password”, “12345”, “godzilla”)
