Microsoft implemented a change to routing which caused this issue. They are working on a resolution, and in the meantime they have provided a work-around which we have implemented. On initial testing, the connection has been restored.
Please can you contact the Lexacom Helpdesk if you are still experiencing issues.

Customers are reporting the connection issue still remains this morning. Microsoft are yet to confirm the cause of the issue and provide an update about the investigations performed over the weekend.
We appreciate how frustrating this error must be and our engineers are still working hard to find a solution.

Microsoft have reported this error to be resolved, however our monitoring shows that it is still unresolved at some sites.

The connection timeout error has been identified as a Microsoft issue, and escalated to them with the highest priority.
