If you are using the app as a single-user trial and would like to expand the trial in order to send jobs to your secretarial team, please get in touch.
you can click ‘forgotten me’ to reset your password.

The app will open to the Dashboard. This is where you will see an overview of any outstanding jobs.
ⓘ Note: the ‘jobs awaiting completion’ card includes ALL jobs which you have created that are not yet complete – including those awaiting action from other members of our team (e.g. jobs you have sent to a secretary). This card will take you to the jobs Tracking page rather than the inbox.
Echo is our advanced live speech-to-text service.
With Echo, you can use your voice to type. On a PC, you can speak to enter text wherever you would normally type. On the mobile app, you can speak to type anywhere within the Lexacom app as well as a dedicated Echo tab.
To use Echo to type in the app:
When a job is created, it is given a priority. based on this priority, jobs are assigned a ‘priority date’ – this is the date and time by which the job is expected to be completed.
For example: a routine job will, by default, have a 24-hours deadline from the time of creation. (Priorities can all be adjusted to suit your team.)
Green = Jobs which are before their warning time.
Yellow = Jobs which are past their warning time (approaching the deadline).
Red = Jobs which are overdue.
Clicking the icon in the top right will open the menu.
From here you can:
The tabs at the bottom of the app allow you to move between the different functions in the app. The features available to you will vary depending on your team setup.
Clicking on the icons will take you to a separate support page for each function.
