What is the Team Admin role?

The Team Admin role allows members of a team to make administrative changes to the site’s Lexacom system.

Team Admins have the permission to:

• Edit the team’s details
• Add members to the team
• Remove members from the team
• Activate and deactivate services
• Add and remove team members from roles
• View Reporting

With the Echo service enabled:

• Add or Edit the team’s custom Echo commands

With the Lexacom service activated:

• Add workflow Pools
• Add members to workflow Pools
• Add and remove Pools from workflow steps
• Configure Workflows – e.g. editing Priorities, Lookup lists, and Clinical System integration

Users with only the Team Admin role will need another role in addtion to this if they wish to log into Lexacom to use workflows or Echo.
