To access the Reports section you need to be the Team Owner or have the Team Admin Role.
Login to your Admin Portal:
If you are an owner/admin of more than one team, select the Team to which to view reports for.
Click on the REPORTS tab at the top of the screen.
The Reports screen will show the data from the previous day by default. Below is an image showing all the report sections as an overview, further below each section is covered in more detail.
The bottom 5 sections contain more detail when expanded while the top half of the page shows a convenient overview.
You can view reports for a specific date or a date range.
This bar also shows the time data is available for and the number of active members in the team.
The top row shows key workflow information (and licence information) as an overview for the date/s selected.
This box shows the number of jobs created and completed in that date range.
In this example, 50 workflow jobs were created in that week.

A daily average is shown and the average turnaround time (from sending the job to it being completed) is displayed in green.
This box shows the number of dictations created in that date range (depending on your team setup, you may be able to create jobs without dictations).
In this example, all 50 of those jobs included a dictation,
The total length of which was 86 minutes,
an average of 1.7minutes per dictation.
This box shows the number of jobs that have been transcribed in that range.
This example shows 78 completed jobs.
The total duration of the dictations transcribed was 119minutes
an average of 1.5 minutes per transcription and 17minutes per day.
Note: It is possible to have more jobs transcribed than created if there were jobs created and not completed before the date range.
This section gives an at-a-glance summary of the current active licences
This section shows the number of jobs created by each Author, within that date range, ranked in order.
This section shows the number of jobs completed by each Typist, within that date range, ranked in order.
Echo is our live speech recognition service. It is also used to transcribe for other services, such as EchoScribe workflows.
This section gives a total wordcount and duration for the selected date/s.
The remaining sections can be clicked on to expand them and see more detailed information about specific elements of the software.
