What are the differences between Admin roles?

Team Owners, Team Admins, and Workflow Admins are different types of administrative role in Lexacom. There is some overlap between the sorts of permission these roles grant to users.

Team Owners

Each team has one Team Owner. Team Owners are the team’s primary contact and administrator. Team owners always have a number of inbuilt permissions, regardless of their other roles. Team Owners will often also be a Team Admin and/or a Workflow Admin.

Team Admin

Members of a team can be a Team Admin. Team Admins have the ability to make changes to the team, including adding users, changing users’ roles. The Team Admin role doesn’t give users the ability to log into Lexacom.

Workflow Admin

Members of a team can be a Workflow Admin. Workflow Admins have the ability to make changes to the team’s workflow configuration. Workflow admins can also log into Lexacom, and do administrative functions like unlocking jobs.
