Improved Clearing Locks

In 25.2 we have improved the way that users can clear locks on jobs. Users can now clear locks from their grids without needing to load the job. Workflow admins can now clear unwanted job locks from Search.

Deleting Jobs

In 25.2 users will be able to delete unwanted jobs. Authors can delete their own jobs that have not been worked on by other users by loading the job from their Tracking. Workflow admins can delete unwanted jobs from Search.

Search and Tracking Improvements

Search has been improved in several ways, to make it clearer which jobs are complete and which are incomplete:

• The Status column, showing Step, Comments, and lock state is now visible in the Search grid
• Completed jobs show ‘Completed’ in the Status column
• Completed jobs have grey text colour, to differentiate them from incomplete jobs

Authors can now view a subset of their completed jobs in their Tracking.

Improvements to Import

Improvements have been made to the import window, removing the old tree view, and making selection of files and the workflow they will be imported on clearer.

Ambient AI Changes

Live/Lexacom Live has been renamed to Ambient AI.

Ambient AI can now capture the computer sound output as well as sound input. Some templates will have this set always on; users can enable this on other templates.

If Capture Output is enabled (either manually, or because this is set as a property of a template), the user’s PC sound out will also be captured and processed; this is useful for e.g. telephone or video conversations.

Templates can now be set as Conversational – if enabled, the speech recognition engine will return the conversation broken down by speaker.

The Show Original transcript switch is now always available. Users who wish to use this to convert existing text no longer need to dictate any transcription to begin this.

The processed transcription can now be printed or sent to email client using function buttons instead of the user having to copying the contents into a new document or email.

Bug Fixes

Multiple Bugs Resolved
