When you log into Lexacom, you may be asked to enter a 6-digit code:
If this message appears, you have set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on your account. Multifactor authentication with Lexacom uses authenticator apps (such as Microsoft or Google Authenticator) to generate a 6-digit code.
When you set up MFA on your account, you may have installed an authentication app on your device, or you might have used one that you have used for other software.
If you have multiple authenticator apps, check each app just in case.
If you cannot find the authenticator app used when setting up your account, or if you have replaced or reset your device since then, you can use a Recovery Code to log into Lexacom.
When you set up MFA on your account, you were provided with a set of recovery keys to use in the case that your authenticator app was unavailable.
You may have saved these recovery codes to your computer, or kept them physically as a print-out. You might want to try searching your computer for keywords like “Lexacom recovery keys”.
To use a recovery key:

⚠️ Note: Recovery codes are limited – each recovery code may be used once. If you no longer have permanent access to your authenticator app, log into Lexacom Portal to disable and reenable MFA with a new device.
If you do not have access to either the authenticator app, or to your recovery codes, please contact Lexacom Support who can assist.
⚠️ Note: For security reasons we will need to perform identity validation to confirm this request is coming from owner of the account.
