Pools are groups of users who do similar work on a workflow.
Each Pool has a category. The category controls some parts of the Lexacom experience for the users in that pool – in particular, what work a user can see in Search.

Users who make jobs | All jobs made by the user themselves, but not other users’ jobs |
| Non-authors | Users who process jobs | Jobs that are at, or beyond, the first workflow step available to the pool |
| Seniors | Users who process jobs but who need more visibility | All jobs on workflows where the senior pool is assigned to one or more steps |
| Admins | Users who are administrators | All jobs on all of the team’s workflows |
Users can be members of multiple pools. Their search will show the sum of work that they could see from their individual pools.
