Lexacom Administrator Tracking is used to show and monitor all dictations within the Lexacom system, regardless of who has created or worked on the dictation, or the dictation’s current location within the workflow.

Dictation data in tracking can be exported from Lexacom for your records if required. This will not include audio data.

• Log in to Lexacom Administrator
  • If you need to reset the password open a case with the Lexacom Helpdesk 
• Go to > View Tracking

• Select the preferred date range, customise and filter Tracking to view the required dictations. See also How To Use Tracking in Administrator.
• When all of the required dictations are displayed in Tracking, select Export
• Save the export file to your chosen location outside of Lexacom
