Lexacom is compatible with a range of supported hardware.
Lexacom will work with most microphones that you can use with other Windows applications. If your device can record in other applications (e.g. your softphone or other recording application) then it should work with Lexacom.
ⓘ Some users have experienced problems using the inbuilt stereo microphone on their laptop. We would generally recommed using a headset or professional microphone over inbuilt microphone for better audio quality and improved accuracy with Lexacom Echo.
Lexacom will work with most headsets and speakers that you can use with other Windows applications. If your device can play audio in other applications (e.g. your softphone, web browser etc.) then it should work with Lexacom.
