What can I see in my Review Grid?

Your Review grid shows you jobs that are ready to work on.

The Review grid shows you any jobs that are at any workflow steps that are assigned to your pools. Additionally, your administrator might make some jobs visible to you (even if they are not on a step you could ordinarily see).

If you are a member of multiple pools, you will see the jobs available to each of your pools.

Jobs on most workflow steps are visible to many people – all members of all the pools that have been assigned to that step. The workflow step that the job is on is displayed in the Status column.

Some workflow steps (usually the first step on a workflow, and specific review steps) may be ‘Author only’. Jobs on these steps are only visible to the person that created them, regardless of which pools are assigned to the step.

If a job is being worked on by another user, you will see a lock icon against it. You will not be able to load this until they have saved and unlocked the job.
