My foot pedal is not working with Lexacom 3

Lexacom 3 Type users can use a foot pedal for playback control of dictations.

When a foot pedal fails to control the audio of a loaded dictation, the easiest way to rectify is to

• Eject/Forward any loaded dictation

• Exit Lexacom 3
  
• Unplug the foot pedal and insert into a different USB port
• Restart Lexacom 3 and log in
• Load the dictation again and use the foot pedal to control the dictation.
