Lexacom displays much of the information about dictations in the system in the form of table grid.

Information about each dictation appears as a line in the grid and can be used to review, track or filter the dictations you have made.

The Tracking tab shows the Tracking Grid with the user’s past dictations.

To locate an individual, or group of, dictations you have actioned go to Tracking and ensure the Seen On date range has been amended

• • Hover the cursor over the column headers
  • Right click and select Show Find Panel from the dropdown menu

• • The Find Panel will appear at the top of the grid
  • Enter the search terms and click find

If you have located a dictation and need to see its audit history

• Select a dictation and click History to view a timeline of actions
