How do I find the ID of a job?
Sometimes you may need to find the ID of a job in Lexacom. The ID is an identifier that Lexacom uses to refer to that job. The ID is unique, where the Job Title, Reference, or other identifying information may not be.
When investigating and troubleshooting problems, it is useful to know the ID of the job.
To find the ID:
- Either select the job in your Review, Tracking, or Search grid, or load the job
- Click the Info (i) button in the action buttons

- This will display info for the job like this:

- The panel displays key information about the Job:
- Modified on: the last time that a change to the job was saved
- Created on: the first time that a job was saved
- Created By: the author of the job
- Title: the title of the job (this comes from a piece of media on the job’s workflow, such as Reference)
- ID: the ID of the job
- Last Contributor: the last non-author user to work on the job
- You can select and copy the ID directly from this window, or click Copy to copy the whole contents of this window to your clipboard
