You can filter to a specific workflow using the workflow filter dropdown. If you are just interested in work on a particular workflow, select the workflow from the workflow dropdown. This will filter your grid to only jobs that are on that workflow.
Note: the workflows showing in this list will depend on the workflows available to your team and pools.
You can filter jobs according to whether they are before their Priority’s Warning period, after their Warning time (but not yet overdue), or Overdue.
| The first (green) filter shows a count of jobs in the Review grid that have not yet exceeded the Warning time. | |
| The second (yellow) filter shows a count of jobs in the Review grid that have exceeded the Warning time but have not yet exceeded the Deadline. | |
| The third (orange) filter shows a count of jobs in the Review grid that have exceeded the Deadline. | |
| The fourth (red) filter shows a count of jobs that have failed to save successfully. |
These buttons will filter the grid according to the Warning and Deadline times on the jobs in the grid. Click on the count to filter the grid to show just those jobs. You can either click on another filter to change this, or click on the same filter to clear this.
If a job has not been assigned a Priority it will not appear when any of these filters is set.
