Lexacom Digital Dictation helps raise £12,000 for LLST
The London Legal Support Trust’s 2012 Halloween Ball, sponsored by Lexacom Digital Dictation, raised an impressive £12,000 for the charity – more than twice the amount raised at last year’s event.
The Halloween Ball is an important fundraising event for the LLST to help fund the agencies which provide poor and vulnerable people with access to free legal advice.
Lexacom sponsored the annual event for the second year running and is continuing to work with the trust, including looking at ways to improve the charity’s efficiency through use of digital dictation.
A recognised digital dictation leader in the healthcare market, Lexacom is increasingly being chosen by law firms looking to adopt efficient, reliable digital dictation technology which is both easy to use and cost effective.
Managing director, Andrew Whiteley, said “I would like to congratulate the team at the LLST for organising such an enjoyable and successful event. The LLST provides a valuable service in promoting and providing access to free legal advice. We are delighted to be working with the LLST to support their fundraising initiatives and enable use of digital dictation to improve efficiency.”
Bob Nightingale MBE, Chief Executive of the LLST, said:
“We really appreciate all the support that Lexacom are giving to the voluntary legal sector. This is an exceptionally difficult time for agencies who are supporting poor and vulnerable people and the funds and technical support provided by Lexacom are very welcome indeed.”
