Lexacom achieves Good Business Charter accreditation
Lexacom is proud to announce that we are now accredited by the Good Business Charter, joining more than 1,000 organisations across the UK that are committed to responsible business practices.
The Good Business Charter is an independent accreditation that recognises organisations meeting high standards across ten areas of responsible business behaviour. Developed with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), Trades Union Congress (TUC) and Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), it provides a trusted benchmark for organisations that are committed to doing business in the right way.
To achieve accreditation, organisations must demonstrate their commitment to all ten components, including employee wellbeing, fair pay, ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, prompt payment, customer commitment and paying fair tax.
