If you use L3 Digital Dictation

Using Echo along side of L3 can vastly decrease your admin time, as a document is easier to edit than create. Here’s how you can do that:

Frequently asked questions:

1. What is my username?

Your username will most likely be your workplace email. If you are unable to access Echo with your workplace email, in the first instance please reset your password using the “forgotten password” option on Echo. If you still cannot gain access after resetting your password, please get in contact with us using the information on the top of the page.

2. I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

There is a “forgotten password” option on the login page of Echo, it will ask for your email address linked to your Echo account and will email you instructions on how to reset your password. You can also access the “forgotten password” option at admin.lexacom.com

3. Echo is making errors, what can I do?

If Echo is making errors in your transcription the first thing that is suggested is that you slow down your speech and enunciate as clear as possible. No speech recognition will be 100% accurate, but controlling your speech is the best way to get the most accuracy.

You can also give us further information through the application using the feedback method in the video above or by following this guide: How To Provide Vocabulary Feedback – Lexacom

4. I don’t think Echo understands my accent, is there a way I can improve this?

Please provide us as many samples of your voice using the feedback option through the application, there is a walk through in the video above and also a written guide here: How To Provide Vocabulary Feedback – Lexacom.

We ask this because it will help us sample your voice whilst matching them to the words that you are saying to overall improve the Echo engine, not just for you, but for everyone who shares your accent.
