Using Lexacom Mobile with Lexacom 3

Lexacom Mobile for the iPhone is available to download on the Apple App Store.

It is available for all users of Lexacom 3 (version 3.2.1.8 or later) and allows authors to securely dictate their work wherever and whenever they choose.*

To use Lexacom Mobile with your organisation's Lexacom 3, please do the following:

  1. Log on to Lexacom Talk.
  2. Go to the 'Settings' option and then click on the 'Cloud' tab.
  3. Enter the email address and password you wish to use as your Lexacom Cloud Account and click on 'Register'.
  4. If you have not already registered with the Lexacom Cloud, you will be sent an email to the entered address to authenticate your account.
  5. Once your account has been authenticated, your administrator will be asked to confirm your application to use Lexacom Mobile with Lexacom 3 at your organisation.
  6. Once they have approved your request, you will be informed by email.
  7. In Lexacom Mobile, go to 'Settings' and then tap on 'Log in'.
  8. Enter your Lexacom Cloud email and password and tap on 'Log in'.
  9. Once logged on, select your organisation's name from the 'Organisation' option.
  10. Select the default options you require, then click on 'Dictation' option to start working.

*An internet connection is required to send dictations to the Lexacom Cloud (3G or wireless is recommended).
