Lexacom secure exclusive Caradoc supply deal
“We’re very proud of our ability to push the envelope of technical development ”
Lexacom has been appointed as the exclusive supplier of digital dictation software to the Caradoc Medical Services Buying Consortium.
Caradoc represents more than 800 GP practices in the UK and helps its members to maximise their profitability through enhanced buying terms and the promotion and introduction of money saving initiatives.
Lexacom’s popular and innovative digital dictation software has been proven to deliver impressive cost savings and a greater level of immediacy and efficiency in more than 1500 GP practices across the UK. This has been the catalyst for Caradoc’s decision to appoint the highly-respected software house as its exclusive digital dictation supplier.
Buying Consortium Manager, Peter Masters, said:
“I have only heard good things about Lexacom and when I had a software demonstration I was immediately impressed. It’s clear that Lexacom’s digital dictation software is designed by GPs for GPs and I think our members will see the benefits of a product that is dedicated to improving administrative efficiency in the practice and achieves excellent results.”
Peter Masters admitted that Caradoc’s decision to appoint Lexacom was also influenced by the technical developments that it has planned for the near future.
Lexacom Managing Director Andrew Whiteley said: “We are in the closing stages of our latest technical development phase and will soon be launching some very exciting solutions, including a brand-new software program, a genuine ‘Cloud’ communication platform and apps for various mobile devices like the iPhone and BlackBerry.
“We’re very proud of our ability to push the envelope of technical development and give customers like the members of Caradoc a digital dictation solution and improvements in efficiency that they cannot get anywhere else.”
