Lexacom software features custom designed, user friendly interfaces which enable even the least IT experienced users to work with confidence from the start. The system can easily be expanded to incorporate additional pc’s or mobile dictation devices at a later date by simply registering further licenses. There is no limit imposed on the number of users except those set by the administrator.
Below shows the basic layout for a digital dictation system consisting of authors, pa’s and a typing pool. Lexacom can be designed to suit most requirements including remote users.
Additional Equipment?
Both Lexacom Talk and Type™ and Lexacom Talk™ work perfectly well with a good quality desktop microphone and speakers, but are also fully compatible with the entire Philips SpeechMike range, including Pro, Classic and Barcode readers and the very popular Olympus digital recorders. These all-in-one recording devices are highly recommended for enhanced control and superior audio quality. Further details can be found on the Accessories page.
