To keep your Lexacom software up-to-date and for any future help or support you might need, the following support options are available:

Bronze - Available to all purchasers of Lexacom software, Standard support offers:

  Access to Lexacom’s web site support area and info-base where all commonly asked questions are answered and the resolutions for any past issues are posted. Relevant software updates are also available for download.
  Pay-per-incident – email or telephone support charged at £150 plus VAT. Charge is ‘per incident’, prepayment will be required and can be paid by credit card.


Gold
- £35 plus VAT per licence per annum
  Priority email address for error reporting and an emailed response within 0.5 day.
  Priority telephone support with direct access to one of our dedicated support team to ‘talk’ you through a resolution or discuss the difficulty in more detail with no further charges incurred.
  Website access to support area for downloading updates and unchargeable upgrades as they become available. An emailed notification is automatically dispatched to Gold subscribers.
  Telephone advice to visiting engineers if it is likely that the Lexacom system will need protection during upgrades and hardware failures
