An office manager that uses Lexacom to process dictations at a solicitors office in London says the digital dictation software scores very highly when compared to other systems she has used.
Warren Murton Solicitors in Holborn made the move to Lexacom earlier this year and office manager, Jodie Smith, uses the digital dictation software to handle dictations that have been created by two partners at the practice.
She said: "I've been typing up dictations for a long, long time and I've used various digital dictation systems over the years. But I have to say that Lexacom is very good.
"Some other systems can be very complicated in terms of navigating through different pages and the general functionality but Lexacom is really simple and easy to use. There is absolutely nothing that's complicated about it and that makes things very efficient."
